Ok, ages ago i was given an account, The account has got items on it, not sure how much of a value though.
My friend stole his parents CC and paid for 6 months member. He then canceled it after 6 months and the membership was canceled, but now that account is in the "-179 days membership" stage.

the stats on it were

defense - 66
attack - 80
strength - 87?
hitpoints - 79
pray - 52
magic - 62
range - 66

Should i;
a. Leave it in its current state
b. Trade accounts for pins, then use 6 pins to get it unbanned.
c. sell it as is.

wow -176? well you could do choice b because it is a good account but what did it have in the bank? is it worth 6 pins

I'd just start another account, or work on another you have. No way would I get pins to bring it out of debt.
