new support ticket

sincei know that the kayako dodian support console for tickets is uninhabited by staff, i have taken the time to post a ticket there, and yes, notify you. because obviously from the staff lounge you can tell nobody goes there anymore. and this might ensue some whining from non-prems and prems alike... so i didnt wanna post it here. so take a look at it. also i want it to be answered before my next payment time for prem.

I still check tickets, but I can only do general and Ban appeals. But anyways to the point I will see if I can get a admin to read this for you.

Well, if Live support didn't have an error for me, I would still go on it. But suddenly, it doesn't work anymore so I can't acces it. Also, We, The normal Global Moderators can't acces the tickets. :)

yeah will don't worry pure The Live support chats you get like 1 every 4 hours and 90% of the time they are "how do I play the game" or "where is the play button" or lol "why did you guys shutdown" need to put these in are FAQs I guess lol.
