Favorite Gaming System

I know this thread has been made before but it got completely torn apart due to people not being able to explain in reasoning why they prefer the gaming system over others. Well I'm going to give this thread a try again. What is your favorite system out there and why?

Personally I prefer the Xbox 360. I recently got a 360 about 3 or 4 weeks ago and i've enjoyed every day of playing it. I use to play my friends every time i'd go over there so I had a general idea on what it is like. The new updated layout is beast. It's very easy to navigate on and it gives you a decorative screen instead of a plain screen. You can create your own avatars now. It's similar to the Nintendo Wii's Miis, but these avatars have arms and hands and get to choose clothes as well as a bunch of other features. You can stream movies directly to your Xbox 360 if your a NetFlix suscriber. Xbox has a built in MSN messanger so you can keep it contact with your contacts while gaming. The online community is great. When you want to play on live, you get a lot of people that are playing right away. The price is reasonable. The internet is a flaw though. It's not wireless (unless you buy the adapter) and you have to pay for it but it's worth it. There's a bunch of games out right now. Many demos that you can download and free add-ons you can get. Achievements are a big part of it to. I love the challenges that the games provide. It's fun trying to get them all.

My favorite is the 360. I can play all my current favorite games on that system. The PS3 is alright cause of the Graphics. But the 360's graphics are fine so I like it :D

Nintendo Wii for me.

The Wii is pretty amazing with it's motion sensing and good graphics, the graphics may not be as good as the PS3 or the Xbox 360, although the Wii is a lot more interactive and funner, the Wii is also good for fat players who sit on there ass all day, with the Wii you're normally standing doing some sort of activity instead of just sitting with a controller if front of a TV.

The motion sensing is coming to the Xbox in Project Natal. It's supposedly going to blow the Wii away due to the graphics/motion sensor. I agree the Wii is a good way to stay fit but that is going to be a thing of the past as soon Xbox comes out with their own. The Wii I think will be an alternative for those who can't afford the sensing for Xbox.

I have the 360,PS3 and the Wii
Reason why I chose the 360 is because my favorite games are mostly 360 only and you can download demos to play and get achievements for your games. I just hate that you have to buy a network adapter for xbox live.

True but if you have a router you could just get an Ethernet cord and just hook it into your router and save money. That's what I did.

The motion sensing is coming to the Xbox in Project Natal. It's supposedly going to blow the Wii away due to the graphics/motion sensor. I agree the Wii is a good way to stay fit but that is going to be a thing of the past as soon Xbox comes out with their own. The Wii I think will be an alternative for those who can't afford the sensing for Xbox.

Haven't heard to much about that, but I have overheard a few things about the name motion sensing. When that is introduced I agree it will blow out the Wii, Although the Wii is falling a bit behind with not as much games but no one says the Wii cannot catch up, for that reason is which I still think the Wii is my favorite.

True. Graphics don't make the game, the actual game play does and that's what the Xbox 360 offers. Also the graphics are the second best (behind PS3).

I hate the fact that you have to pay so much for the xbox360 for live. Like...i don't work and it costs about $80 for the wireless adapter and a bit of money for xbox live also. Maybe that's not too much money, but I just don't feel like spending that kinda money over a game.

However, I have 7 games for xbox360 and I gotta say the system as a whole is pretty good. The games are exciting and provide enjoyment for a long time. Most of the games have amazing story lines also.

XBOX 360, simple fact it has a HUGE range of games and so there is always one for you to buy that you will like. Halo is Amazing, Xbox live lets you vs other people and they are still regularly making new games for the 360.

Personally PS3 Is best for: Blueray, Ownage graphics, less boring games than Xbox 360 (althought xbox has more)

Xbox best for: Online. (and a bit of more games.)

The Xbox 360 is a good online system, the games that you play will last you longer if you have Live. A PS3 however, its online sucks. It is a system that you buy if you're just going to play alone or with a friend thats at your house from time to time. And the wii is just basically a childs system in my honest opinion.

Now before you ps3 fan boys freak out at me, I am telling you the truth. The ps3's psn sucks hardcore. Sure it gives you free online but it still sucks. Especially the store. It's a system that was made for local games.
