uuhhhhhh somethings wrong it says

upgrade university to level 2 finished but when i try to upgrade construction time it says i dont have level 2

Just wait a few minutes. The queue that has your University Upgrade has to be removed before it "kicks in".

Then it should be fine.

Yeeee i just built a b-22 bomber fortress thing, and its stuck on "Finished" for atleast 3 hours now.
