resources frozen

Hi, On Sunday June 28th at about 11pm, I created an order of 33 albatros scouts. Once the order was created my resources froze. By this i mean they have remained at the amount they went down to after the order cost was taken off my resources. My iron mine is at level 17 and my gold mine is at level 14. My iron has remained at 23,000 and my gold has remained at 252.Even though the order is finished the order is still listed in my manage settlements page. Thanks, it is now June 29th at 7:56 AM.

ye this is the 3rd time someone posts this right now all of dodianwars if frozen and u can only build stuff but it will not get finished just please wait while winten or someone fixes this.

I was reading other posts and i didnt see any one with frozen resources. Didnt mean to repost if someone else allready posted this. just trying to get some help.
