are still stuck. they have been frozen for the past 2 weeks. what is going on??? i tried deleting everything involved with IE history and cache but nothing seems to work

i Mean i cannot do anything on it. i have upgraded tech and building, sent attacks, and built military troops 2 weeks ago. it is stuck on finished on everything and i have not receievd any iron, gold, or fuel since i upgraded.
