ThePirateBay as many of you may know was/is one of the most popular torrent downloading sites on the internet. On June 30th, Swedish company Global Gaming X has reportedly bought out TPB from it's owners for $7.8 million. This means that TPB will no longer be home to torrents that we all downloaded and used, Global Gaming X has confirmed that they are now working on making TPB a "legal" site, this is a huge loss for those who supported rights to distribute freely and a huge win for the supports of the faggot RIAA.
