Is there anything special about creating another settlement? I created another settlement but nothing works about it. Like no extra resources and you can't create or upgrade buildings/units.

yes it does not work now because all of dodianwars is currently stuck we all need to wait for Winten to come back and fix this. Settlements are realy usefull but you just need to wait a bit for the problem to be fixed.

i just built one and i think it said something about an oil well so i probably cant build on mine either.
