Items: Armor, Weapons, Food(if your a lower level)*, Trading Sticks(40k will buy 10k sticks which will get you 1k carcasses(800+ GP Each)), and 30 GP.
*Not needed if you have done the Tai Bwo Wannai Trio quest and have 43 prayer.
Requirements: Membership, Must have Jungle Potion completed, Good combat stats(need to be able to kill level 44 Jungle Spiders).

This will initially cost you about 40k to start but it is a good training and money making method.
Start off by going to the Grand Exchange and buying 10k trading sticks( ~40k GP).

Take the Sticks with you so you can bank the carcasses. After that teleport to Ardougne and take the boat to Brimhaven which will cost 30 GP. Run south until you get to the jungle area north of the Tai Bwo Wannai Tribe area.

Now find Rionasta and to the east of him you will see about 3 - 4 jungle spiders. Kill the spiders and pick up their carcass.

After you get a full invetory talk to Rionasta and select his Parcel option and send all the spiders to your bank.

Jungle Spiders:
Level - 44
Hitpoints - 50
Drop - 100% spider carcass
Poison - No
Aggressive - Yes
Max Hit - 5
Each jungle spider carcass will use 10 trading sticks to bank. 10 trading sticks costs 40 gp. Each jungle spider carcass sells to the Grand Exchange for 800+ GP. That is a 760+ GP profit per spider. You will use 270 trading sticks an inventory, which is 1,080 GP. Each 1,080 GP you spend will get you 27 carcasses which, at 800 GP each is 21,600 GP.
21,600 - 1,080 = 20,520 GP profit per inventory.
That is 760,000+ GP per 10k trading sticks bought. Not to mention the fact that each spider has 50 hp which is 200 exp per spider. So not only do you make 760k but you also get 200k exp in whichever skill you are raising on the spiders.
There is no hourly profit considering it will depend on how fast you kill each spider and your combat stats.
