i hit pk,it's not just rap :) you can use all type's of music,really,try it..it really encourages you :)

any music you like will help... takes the bordom out of training a skill alone, but if your with friends its funner :)

That's all I do. I don't know about yall but the music on Runescape had a good beat to it on most of the songs and made it alright, but yea I listen to 80's and Metal while playing and it really helps you get into and pass the time and before you know you skills may have risen alot and you didn't even notice!
