unfair infraction

I was recently reading a post about someone paying 25$ via paypal for services on runescape. This person wanted to hire someone to get their cooking level from 88-99 on runescape. I didn't go to the second page of posts and doing so i did not see the post that said "I have hired someone to do this already." So i posted the following message: "I will do it." Doing so i was given a 1 point infraction for "Spam" i am not angry i am just confused and wondering if the infraction could be undone. Proof pasted below the message is from Syndicate:

So what your telling me is it cannot be undone? If it can i would hope someone would do it if it really is an unfair infraction if not im very sorry to all dodian staff members.
