New Rank - Programmer

There is a mysterious new rank, if you are active in the programming section, and submit your work to the group leader, you may get this fantastic new rank. The color is Black and the badge looks like this:

Make the section active, it takes alot of work to get a rank pushed through the admins and if the section isn't active, they may take it away. So start posting!

It most certainly does. However, anyone else looking to attain the rank will need to prove to the heads of the Programming group - Scyth and Arsenal - that they deserve it.

In addition to the new rank, the forums have been re-organized a bit as well. A few forums that are less-used have been converted to sub-forums (the 'reports' section can now be found at the help desk). Expect for a few more changes in the next few days too.
