There you can download a program which can give you your own 2d world to edit and script. At first it may seem really confusing, but you catch on to it as you go through tutorials on the forums. Also some more experienced scripts you can follow to edit the paperdolls and the program itself to fit to your style.
So basically, you get a client and a server - run the server which will be displayed on your minibar, and then change ports etc. etc. all details on forums.. then you will create an account, use it etc. This has really taught me a lot on mapping 2d games, and maybe I can learn 3d sooner or later.
Not only do they have tutorials for Eclipse (the program), but alot of general programming.. (they mainly focus on gaming programming though)
