IE menu problems

I would like to note I have tried reinstalling IE so thats not a option so don't post it lol
Ok will I dont have this problem but one of my Friends does and I cant seem to fix it

Virus or a bug with shwitty windows.... i hated windows cause windows is too much to pay for and i can get a free copy of it. i use linux (ubuntu 9.04) and i havent had problems yet..... i can recommend a better system that u can dual boot ur vista or 7 with linux its ubuntu (ubuntu.com)
