Hey guys, I was just searching and I wanted to go on client.silabsoft.org and before there webclient loads it asks for terms if you are a member of jagex or related to jagex members please do not click yes so there not allowed to click yes so if they try to sue silab well sue them for clicking yes to there terms...So if we make it on dodian like when you type in dodian.com a pop-up will say the same thing. They will not be able to do anything! :)

Please it's been so long since dodian came back please take my thought and use it wisely silab was shutdown and now it's back up. If they can do it we can do it...

Winten has an agreement with Jagex that he won't make another server.

Why wouldn't the agreement of the terms we should of got it would of worked! :)

Dodian has his plan set, and he doesn't want to ruin anything he's earned.. even if we had more **** on them than they did on us.. there is no way Dodian would even try to gamble with them.

no sir it wouldn't work there is a agreement with jagex that dodian has made so therefore the server wouldn't come back up probly unless winten released source and website to somoene under 18 but they have to be trustworthly.

The server will not be back up - Just to give you a little law tip; International Copyright Laws mean more than individual Terms of Service violations.

Not to mention Pablo's agreement with Jagex. He's 18, which means he's court-meat.
