Haha that's awesome. I definitely flipped when I found out he won it. (Not the best thing to be doing at 7 in the morning on the way to the hospital. :P)

Well, he couldn't have done anything at all by the time the nominations took place - he was in office for only 11 days when the Nobel nominations went through. I think they gave it to him for the political stands he's taking, and in anticipations for the "strides toward peace" he plans on taking in the future.
