For Strength:
Level 56 to 75

1. Kill Ogres (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Ogre), Jogres (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Jogre), or Mogres (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Mogre) (32 Slayer required for Mogres).
Advantages:

Ogres are all over RuneScape, including Karamja, Castle Wars, and Port Sarim.
Drops big bones and various seeds. The Snapdragon seed (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Snapdragon_seed) dropped by ogres can be sold for 80-90k.
High HP for their levels.

Disadvantages:

Spots close to a bank can get crowded in largely populated worlds.

2. Kill monsters in the Dungeon of Tolna (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Dungeon_of_Tolna).
Advantages:

They are almost always abandoned, and they have 50 HP each with low offence and defence stats. Many spawns present.
Gnome Glider spot nearby.

Disadvantages:

Must complete A Soul's Bane (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/A_Soul%27s_Bane).
They drop absolutely nothing.

3. Kill Kalphite Soldiers (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Kalphite_Soldier) in the Kalphite Dungeon. (Bring good food and antipoison potions)
Advantages:

They have low defence and Keris can be used on them for massive hits.
They are overlooked by many players.
Potato Cacti (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Potato_Cacti) worth 2.9k each, spawn there.

Disadvantages:

They hit up to 8 and poison 4, so countermeasures are needed.
The area is multi-combat and the kalphites are aggressive for a time, so safe areas must be used to single fight.

4. Kill Ice Giants (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Ice_Giants) and Ice Warriors (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Ice_Warriors) in the Ice cave near Port Sarim, or in the Chaos Tunnels (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Chaos_Tunnels).
Advantages:

They are aggressive, and the area is single combat (in the Port Sarim cave only).
They have good drops, such as snapdragon seeds worth 81,400 coins each, and also frequently drop Gold charms (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Gold_charms).
They have a high HP level.
Chaos Tunnels (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Chaos_Tunnels) almost nearly deserted.
Ice Warriors frequently drops level 2 clue scrolls (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Clue_scroll).

Disadvantages:

The Port Sarim Cave is far from a bank.
Crowded at peak times in the Port Sarim Cave.
Both can damage you up to 7 without good armour.

5. Kill Cockroach soldiers (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Cockroach_soldier) found in the Stronghold of Player Safety.
Advantages:

Very decent drops.
A lot of charm drops.

Disadvantages:

They have a good defence.
They hit up to 8 and often with melee.
If players attempt to run away, they will use ranged attacks with a max hit of 11.
They are crowded during peak hours.
This area is a multi-combat zone.

Tips:

Guthan's set can be used in place of food.
Summoning familiars (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Summoning_familiars) can store items (not recommended except for low levelled foods), and protect the player.

6. Kill Experiments (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Experiment) in the tomb near Fenkenstrain's Castle (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Fenkenstrain%27s_Castle).
Advantages:

They are level 25, but they do have 100 hitpoints.
400 xp per kill, and kill fast.
Maximum hit of 1.
If you fight with a sacred clay armour/weapon than you get 800 xp per kill

Disadvantages:

Only drops bones.
May be crowded at peak times.
Must have begun Creature of Frankenstein Quest.

7. Kill Small Scarabs in the temple south of the ruins of Uzer
Advantages:

Very low defence and so very easy to kill
Low amounts of players, from a rather unknown quest

Disadvantages:

Far away from a bank
Multi-combat zone so more dangerous
Requires "Missing my mummy" quest

8. Kill Giant Spiders in the Third level of the Stronghold of Security level 50
Advantages:

They have low defence.
There are two rooms to switch back and forth when they become tolerant.

Disadvantages:

No drops.
Sometimes can get crowded.

9. Kill Shadow Warriors (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Shadow_Warrior) in Legends Guild (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Legends_Guild) Dungeon
Advantages:

Bank is very close, just a couple of floors upstairs

Excellent drops (including high value herbs, uncut gems, key half, and shield half)
Dungeon is almost always empty, with lots of Warriors to go around

Disadvantages:

Must have completed Legends Guild quest to gain access

Max hit of 6

10. Play mini-games in Warrior's Guild (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Warrior%27s_Guild)
Advantages:

Shotput (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Warriors%27_Guild#Shot_Put_Room) game gives 9-12 exp per yard thrown, meaning most executed throws earn 100+ exp.
Bank and Food Store is on ground floor of guild.
Each toss earns Warrior's Guild tokens, making it possible to train on Cyclops (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Cyclops) (and ability to earn Rune Defender (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Defender))
Minimal risk of taking hits damage to hitpoints.

Disadvantages:

Warrior's Guild requires at least a combined level of 130 between attack and strength.
No XP for Hitpoints (could be a good thing if training pures)

11. Kill Werewolves (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Werewolves) in Canifis (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Canifis)
Advantages:

400 experience per kill (800 if using a sacred weapon)
Nearby bank
Always drop Wolf bones (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Wolf_bones), which go for around 396 gold on the Grand Exchange.
Also drop other semi-expensive items, such as the Rune medium helmet.

Disadvantages

They can hit hard on lower levelled players, so it is recommended that they use Wolfbane (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Wolfbane).
Food is needed until about level 95.

For Range:
Levels 40 to 50

Moss Giants (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Moss_Giant)
Hill Giants (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Hill_Giant) near the observatory
Ice Giants (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Ice_Giant) in Ice dungeon
Ice Warriors (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Ice_Warrior) in Ice dungeon
Slayer (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Slayer) monsters
Rock Crabs (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Rock_Crabs) in Relleka
Experiments (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Experiments) in Fenkenstrain's dungeon
Ogres (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Ogres) in the Lathas Combat Training Camp (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Combat_Training_Camp); shoot from behind the fence and you can't be damaged. Requires Biohazard (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Biohazard) quest.
Dwarfs (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Dwarfs) in the tunnel underneath white wolf mountain. Requires Fishing Contest (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Fishing_Contest) quest
Green Dragons (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Green_Dragons) in the Chaos tunnels
Zombies (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Zombies) strong hold of security (great for steel arrow drops)

Levels 50 to 60

Yak (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Yak), requires The Fremennik Isles (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/The_Fremennik_Isles) quest completed to the part where the players go to Neitiznot.
Rock crab (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Rock_crab)
Hill giant (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Hill_giant)
Ice giant (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Ice_giant)
Moss giant (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Moss_giant)
Green Dragon (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Green_Dragon) are a good way of making money too, if you pick up the bones and hides and sell them in the Grand Exchange.
Slayer (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Slayer) monsters
Experiments (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Experiments)
Ogres (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Ogres) in the Lathas Combat Training Camp (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Combat_Training_Camp); shoot from behind the fence and you can't be damaged. (Requires Biohazard (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Biohazard) quest.)

These guides are all from Runescape.wikia.com (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/RuneScape_Wiki)
Enjoy.
