That's not where the skin is from, just the forum software we're using. vBulletin and IP.Board are both two of the best on the market, but both are relatively expensive. If you don't even know where to get vBulletin (http://www.vbulletin.com/), I suggest you start off by trying a free hosted board, or if you know how, just use free software such as phpBB or myBB.

I suggest you use http://www.forumotion.com/ to start with.
