Alright im banned on runescape my username is safe fier....im not banned perm! jagex is fineing me!!! i got to pay them money for my account back!! cuz my friend made me a memeber then his parents didnt pay bill...so i got a unpaid payment. we used pay by phone...this sucks i got to pay them like $8...

um i dont think perm bans should be issued..i think 1 week max... 1 weeks is alot......it will teach them lesson i think lvls 3-40 should get perm banned 50+ seriously they worked for it....dont just throw their acct away...im not saaying u should do this but it will make me happy cuz i no if i order you around i will get perm ban or ip ban..but i think your cool with this maybe...
