you just make a picture 100x100, in the max amount of kb and make it .png after that you go to www.imageshack.us

then you upload it take the http://www.imagehack.photov10.png or sumthing like that it will look then you take the link, go to My controls ---> ADD Avatar , put the link in it and sumbit.. tádá
