If you find yourself in a stage where you have been item scammed, please gather up all evidence you can against the player that scammed you. We do have logs, so we can view trades/duels and more. We will be able to tell if somebody has scammed another person or not. If the items of the scammed person are gone completely we will be not able to return the items obviously but no matter what happens the item scammer will be banned from the server for 5 days minimum. If they are still in posession of the items when the ban is up a staff will tell them to hand it over, and if they don't comprehend with the Staff then the ban will remain.
A few tips on not getting scammed:
Never trust anybody over the internet, even your best friend could scam you.
Always check the second trade screen.
If you think somebody is about to scam you, record evidence such as screen pictures of the trade/duel etc...
Always keep your account secure, never give your password to anyone.
When trading, always keep a sharp eye out.
