If you have had an account taken from you, try to gather up as much evidence as you can to prove it was your account. Make sure you take action immediately otherwise IP checks could turn in the scammers favour. Contact a Moderator or an Administrator and tell them everything you know which includes;
Account name
Previous password
Items that were on it
Skills and levels
And other information that only the owner would know.
The IP checks that are available to all staff should sort things out, but make sure to gather clear evidence just in case the IP checks do fail you for one reason or another.
