If you happen to see a rule-breaker in the process of breaking a rule, try to contact a Moderator/Administrator in game. If for some reason there is no Moderators or Administrators in game. Then get screen shots of him doing it and as much evidence as you can and post it in the scammers part of the forum. Make sure the evidence is clear otherwise a Staff Member might just overlook it as not enough evidence given in the thread. Evidence can include Screen shots and Videos. We do not take the "Word" from players as evidence unless we clearly see if ourselves. As you will already know if you take a look in the scammers/bug abusers forums you will see a sticky saying "NO PROOF NO SERVICE!" this is out motto which mainly defines the above in 4 words.
