How do I make it so it says whatever I type below my name, like right now it says mega poster.. I have saw other people with something they made and I was just wondering how to make it what I want? :P

Yes. Only admins can change it. Usually by request some time just cuz they feel like it. I think if you are very helpful/active on forums/game you might get a title change.
