Eragon and Eldest
I think that Eragon the book was A LOT better than the movie by far. What do you guys think if you read it?

Amgz I LOVE the Eragon series! I've read all three books in middle school at my reading block. Book was better.
I'm re-reading the series at school cause #4 will be out (hope fully) soon.

I've always thought that books held more quality and description because movies can only do so much. Movies tend to hold out some details at times as well.

Lord of the Rings did a very good job of sticking to the Book IMO.

I have never read any of the lord of the ring books. I never got into stuff like that, but eragon just caught my attention somehow. I got into it a lot.

The books are interesting. Very well written when you consider they've been written by a kid who started Eragon when he was.... what, 15, 16? He's a great writer and I wish him good luck. Although I do admit the movies aren't that spectacular.
