it's BPs fault. They should pay for the spill, and economic damage to the fisherman. They should also compensate for the cleanup and the lives lost (11 on the rig)

they certainly are doing so, i believe. they lost nearly $20 billion this half year

Yeah, they're doing the majority of the work. Their stock dropped ~20$ so far, probably will drop more since they've only fixed the spill temporarily.
