Actually; no-scoping has some sort of talent-requirement if you want to be good at it. There are tons of tricks that make your precision way higher; such as the double tapping on consoles, the G-Shot from COD4; and lots more.

Yes; on the consoles Triangle (for PS3) and Y (for Xbox) are used to switch weapons. By double tapping while having a sniper in your hand, you pretty much switch to your secondary then to your main weapon; making your crosshairs reset and give you much, much more precision. You'd know this if you played any Call Of Duty Series on console ^^'

Alright, we've gotten no results from the spectators or the players of the 6v8 and the 3v11 so I'm assuming nobody showed up and they're out by default. This is gonna be a fast tournament. Making 2nd round brackets now.
