As long as the section contained all types of programming inquiries inside it should be popular.. Like coding servers, clients, websites, mini games etc.. With a tutorial area as well.. I believe it could become big.

I don't support for the main reason it was complety dead maby like 1 - 2 post(been mention) was made each day, in either toturial or advertising.

I support but you should really include basic things for people that have NEVER done programming that would like to learn; because last time a Programming section was here it was these types of threads:

And no one except like two people would understand.
If you actually make it so even people can start learning the programming language they want, the section would be active.
