So today, in the freezing cold, while it was snowing, I did an 8km (5 mile) race. I ended up coming in second with a time of 35:10, but I had so much fun because for the last kilometer I was running toe to toe with 2 other people. The two of them took off sprinting, and left me behind, but before long one of them ran out of energy and I ended up passing him on the final stretch. It was the most intense run I've done.

Congrats on the second place, i woulda came last with the weather atm!

Nice, was there any prizes involved or was it for fun?

Dang that's impressive for running in the snow. I guess if you're use to it, it won't affect you much.

But, congratx on getting second place!

You forgot to mention that I was the one who got first.
He also forgot to mention that he is an idiot. It's not healty to run with that kind of weather conditions.

Why not? ^.^

Once you get running (and providing you did a sufficient warm up) blood would be circulating around your body and you'd become warmer the longer you continued.

Not un-healthy at all so long as you take the right precautions.

Congratulations on the second place, keep training, it keeps getting better and better.

Nice, I remember running with my brother last year. The run was about 2 - 3.5 km's. He's 4 years older than me. I beat him by a couple hundred metres. I also ran in skate shoes, lol.

That's awesome bro! :) Must have been freezing cold haha.

But you still breath in that cold air.
