Just made these 2.
Rate them?
First sigs in along time. :3

For the first one, all you did was take two images, change the angle. Then, slap some text on, and make the text have an outer-glow with a drop-down shadow. 1/10

For the second one, you just took a gradient. Then drew a little line, and smudged the line a bit. Then slapped some text on with drop-down shadow. 1.25/10

Yep. Stuff I never knew how to do 20 minutes ago.
But I still think they look pretty good. :D

The first one I kinda like just cause its simple. The second one looks dumb, sorry.

The first one is simple, which I like. The font is decent, but everything is really pixely around the edges (mainly the partyhats). Also, take one of them, my choice being the red one, and move it above the text. Adds a bit of discontinuity down the center. Also, try changing the font color to black and removing the stroke. See how that looks.

Second one, it's a good testing signature if you never knew how to do it before, but it kind of detracts from everything else. I'd say remove it, but keep experimenting!

They're not bad, I kind of like the first one, although they're to simple. The second one fails in general.

Better. Now this time try using both hats, put 'em on the corners like you had, make the blue one smaller and keep it in the background being the text and make the red one a bit larger than the blue and put it on top :)

I like the first one, pretty basic and simple though.
Keep experimenting and you'll get better and better with time.
