Regarding the Graphics Group.

The graphics group has a new leader appointed. Seno has reclaimed his spot of Leader of the Graphics group. This wasn't due to anything besides the fact that no one is more qualified than Seno, and it's ran best with him running it.

Now, seeing as it has a new leader, the whole list of Graphic Artists members has been cleared.

For those of you interested in earning or re-earning the rank, I wish you the best of luck.

EDIT: Admin Control Panel is being slow, the clearing of the list will be implemented later.
 
Thanks for the update. The whole section has been dead. And as for me not posting anything up, cause some people may be thinking it, i've been busy and haven't really gotten into graphics in a while.
 
So basically all the oldfags are getting ranks and the newfags are screwed?
Sword was doing a fine job.
 
I didn't want to make another thread about this. But can you change the limit to image size when uploading a signature in user cp to 500 x 150?
 
Is the same thing going to happen for the Literary Artist rank?

Don't start judging people all of a sudden, things happen for a reason. This is a positive effect. This gives the members of the Dodian community a chance to earn the rank of 'Graphics Artist'. Think positive okay? :p

Asian never said anything about the literary groups, if he was going to 'get rid of them literary group members', he would of mentioned it right? :p

Nah, now that Asian and Yarik are Admin all of the old school kids are going to get ranks, while the people who have stayed and been dedicated even after the shutdown will get nothing.

All the 'old' staff members that have retired can reclaim there place as long as they weren't banned or did something to get demoted. We should be respecting them, that they considered going back after being retired, for the sake of Dodian.

I know that, but it would be nice to ask and see, as our section has been pretty inactive without a leader. It's nice to know things in advance, instead of it being a surprise later, so I chose to ask.
 
They quit when Dodian died, and as soon as Dodian comes back they get their positions back. While all the people who stuck it out get demoted. That seems fair.

I respect your concern, I too want to become a literary artist as well. I am just as concerned as you are about the literary group. I will start posting my work in the 'literary' section. Hopefully I'll be able to lead the literary group one day. Am drifting off topic, I do congratulate Seno for coming back.

I agree, I have been here since ub3r closed, seen all the ex staff leave, now they return and get staff again. They left the community when there was no server.

When people say that this shouldn't be 3.0, they mean that the server itself shouldn't resemble 3.0. As for the staff itself, it's better to start off with people that know how to do the job well than have a bunch of clueless people try to keep things in order.
