Client Troubleshooting
Having trouble accessing and enjoying the game? Here are some troubleshooting tips.
1. Clear Cache
Try clearing your client's cache files. These files can sometimes become corrupted and prevent the client from loading properly. Search for the cache (.dodian) in your device directory and simply delete it and relaunch the client

2. Check Server Status
Make sure Dodian is online and operational. You can find this on the Dodian.Com homepage via Player Count.
3. Update Client
Ensure you're using the latest version of Dodian.Com. Outdated client log-in screens may not be compatible.
4. Firewall and Antivirus
Check if your firewall or antivirus software is blocking the client from connecting. You might need to add an exception to the Dodian client.
5. Restart Client and Computer
Close the client and restart both the client and your computer. This can sometimes resolve minor issues.
6.Re-Download Client
Try redownloading the client from the official server website.
7. Check internet connection
Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Poor connectivity can lead to problems when loading the client.
8. Seek help
If none of these steps work, consider reaching out to the community or the support channel. Other players or staff might have encountered similiar issues and can provide guidiance.
9. Java Warning
When you have the following java warning, you must download Java 11. You can download it on the link below.
A java exception has occurred.

10. Failure to Launch
Delete dclient in home directory. Relaunch.
