Literary Winter Contest


This is a contest for anyone and everyone.


Theme: Winter


Reward: Whoever wins the contest will receive either a Runescape Account or some other cool thing. :D

(NO, you cannot see the Runescape Account) ;)



These are the rules, criteria, and guidelines:

- NO FREE VERSE (Rhyme scheme must be used)
- NO RIPPING
- NO LINE STEALING

Please use common sense when writing. No loop holes of "technically it wasn't in the rules"...

If you think it is wrong, then it probably is.


There is no particular way you must write it, other than the inability to use free verse. You may write it in stanzas, couplets, paragraphs, or even a single line about Winter.

There has to be at least 10 Entries for the Account to be given to a winner. If there is not 10 SERIOUS Entries, a smaller prize will be given. Encourage others to write and enter what they have into this Winter contest!​

Do whatever you feel will win you the contest, Zach. As long as it fits the criteria and is within regulations, you may do it.

If winter sports is what pops into your head the instant someone says 'winter', then you may. As long as winter sports can sum up winter to you. I don't mind. I'm glad to see you and anyone else having an interest in wanting to write.

No. Here's some info:

It's not a level 3 on tutorial island.

The idea of the contest is to get users interested in writing. You obviously didn't read the whole thread. The contest wasn't made for myself to give out a Runescape Account cuz i waes liek board. It has it's purposes.

If you join, participate for literature and not only for the account you potentially may receive.
 
How many entries do we have so far. If it isn't going to happen then I'd like to post my submission

People clearly have no actual want to write. They act as if it is torture. It's just putting your feeling into something you enjoy. Not that difficult. Come on guys.
