Monster Stats
  • Monsters now have a hit chance of maximum 70%. (every 10 attack 7 will hit)
  • Monsters now have a 20% reduce effectivness with attack level and bonus.
  • Monsters now have a 25% reduce effectivness with defensive level and 35% with defensive bonus.
  • Nechryael's base respawn time have been increased from 250 -> 265.
  • Base respawn time for skeletal warlord is now same as Nechryael (350 -> 265)
  • Base respawn for black demon and mourner is set to 90.

Health changes
  • Ice queen health: 250 -> 220
  • Dad health: 150 -> 120
  • Arzinian avatar health: 110 -> 100
  • San Tojalon health: 400 -> 220
  • Black knight titan health: 842 -> 260
  • Ungadulu health: 70 -> 95
  • Ice queen health: 250 -> 230
  • Nechryael health: 500 -> 270
  • Skeletal Warlord health: 700 -> 285
  • Mourner health: 225 -> 210
  • Black demon health: 570 -> 245
  • Shade health: 700 -> 260
Fixes
Yell for items should work properly again (Uncut diamond from Skeletal warlord for example no longer shout)

I have to eat 7-10 sharks to kill 1 black dragon.... I used to be able to eat 1 shark for every 1-2 kills. Can we get this adjusted or drastically increase the value of their drop table to make up for this?
