If they do something inappropriate at school, they should get in trouble for it, regardless of whether or not a friend is involved. Use your 12 year old head.
 
max, inappropriate is objective. You can say "You're a damn fool" in class now, but if you said that in the 70's or 80's your teachers would turn into satan and kill you.

What may be inappropriate for them now may be totally appropriate.

and what he did is OBVIOUSLY inappropriate. The teacher had every right to take him aside and ***** at him about it.

Max I don't know what school you go to, but the only reason people get into as much trouble as I did today, is for selling drugs, getting in fights, cussing out a teacher, etc.

What I did is as trivial as whispering to someone "can I borrow a pencil?" during class.

Christ, nobody gets it.

In the south, the schools are much more strict, and wehn i say south, i mean like, alabama, georgia etc. You can't do anything, much less pretend to jerk it.

I will say though, i find it hilarious, and i used to do it when i was in school. But i wasn't silly enough to get caught, ;)
 
My teacher was talking to me, and I was staring down her shirt the whole time, She just told me to leave.....

You never get too old to draw ****s. XD

I live in south florida where everything is a joke. In north and central florida, you're in the deep south, bible belt. they don't take no crap up there. for sure.

I went up to a water fountain once and acted like I was peeing in it by pressing the water button. 5 day suspension, >.> LOL
 
I got suspended earlier in the year for drawing an extremely large and detailed ***** (6 foot by 2 foot and 3 feet in the balls area) on the whiteboard (the teacher was out of the room). He came back, saw it and went to give me detention. Someone stole his detention pad so he went out of the room to call the dean. I ran up to grab an eraser right away. When I went to erase it the **** did not erase. It was a cheap marker. The dean came in and saw the beautiful sketch I made thinking he got called up for me and not the kid who stole the detention. I ended up getting suspended for a day and coming in the next day at like 9 or 10 with my mom for a meeting.

There are kids smoking behind buildings on campus during lunch, selling pills and weed and doing dip during class and I get suspended. My school is ****ing retarded. Anyway with your problem your parents will be disappointed but they will know it's something stupid to get in trouble over. I have strict parents and not a **** was given after I had a meeting and was let back into school.

You would be legendary in my high school if you did that. My mom was cool about it.

..my dad on the other hand being the goody good kid in school yelled at me for five minutes on how I could go to some alternative school for that kind of "sexual harassment". It's not bad though because my dad isn't a very scary person (lets just say he's much less athletic/fit than I am and 4 inches shorter"). It just gets to me that I got in so much trouble for something so small.
 
I got a referral for giving a kindergardener a high-five. The janitor wrote me up, and said I was teaching him how to punch. Janitors shouldn't be socially acknowledged, much less be able to discipline.

I did it with MS paint, kinda dumb to be honest.. but I guess it could be worth a few laughs.

I chew (dip) everyday in school 4-6 a day have for the last year and a half. I talked to the principal with a dip in while he was suspending me for ****ing with their computers. All in all my teacher's don't care and the school administrators are just retarded.
