The Rank. Yes, you read me correctly. I am impressed by the amount of skill that he is finally deciding to reveal to us. He is everything I want as a Literary Artist: He has dedication, he's willing to work his thoughts out into the perfect idea, and he's willing to help anyway he can. He is very determined, and I believe I see great potential in him. I wasn't planning on making the change any time soon, because he still needs to prove himself a bit more, but I like what i see.
