So i was thinking maybe its fun and handy for skillers to equip there rune axe or pickaxe.
Now i hear you thinking why they dont train there attack.

You need woodcutting 71 for the rune axe wielding.
You need 61 for the addy one
51 for the mith one
31 for the black one
21 for the steel one
Same for mining with the pickaxe...
What are you guys thinking about this?
