It feels like I've seen entry number 1 another place, that I have seen it a few months ago, but it may just have been the brushes.

I voted number 5, but I also enjoyed number 1.

Old entries weren't allowed, although he did add them.
I made mine this week, which he told us to, I didn't submit my best one.
I guess the rules aren't the same to all players.

I didn't vote due to the above matter.

Old works were allowed seeing as how he never stated that in the rules.. especially from other sites. lol.. also, #1 wasn't in any kind of competition before and #3 wasn't in any formal competition.

Normally wouldn't like middle focal point tags, but this is a one off ;D

He stated that rule in a reply on the original SOTW#2 contest announcement.

EDIT: Sorry, it was another gfx-artist that stated this.

Ended up being between 1, 3 and 9 for me.
1 was nice, but the left and right sides are completely empty not much was done to help it out. Also I see that stock used left and right lately :/

9 was also extremely empty, and a bit bland for my taste. The left side wasn't blended at all and is very empty on the sides, the three bar color pallets were a nice touch imo though.

Overall I'd say 3 takes my vote. Cars can be a bit difficult to work with in a signature, in high pieces its not as hard but in signatures they usually come out a bit goofy. I liked the overall style of it, and the use of the effects. The lightning added a nice touch to it as well as the rain, the clouds and buildings look very smooth together(althout I'm assuming the clouds and buildings are in the same image?) the border should be thinned a bit though.

3 gets my vote.
 
Hehe it looks like we have a winner. Once the poll ends on the 1st, i'll give the award out!
